Whirlwind visit!

Diane came for a whirlwind visit on Thursday... as you can see from this wonderful picture of Mom, Diane and I... we had a great time!

We visited with Julie & Cali, Steph, Lilah & Declan... (ooop...posted the picture with Declan making a funny face!)

So here is how cute he is! He does smile now, however, haven't been able to catch the moment!

We also visited with Bryon, Holly & Brian in Coquitlam for supper that evening...all those visits in one day!

Spring Fling! Our visit to the Island...

We also managed a quick visit with Kristy and Paul!

Julie & I stayed overnight instead of the usual long day taking the ferry both ways...the jury is still out in whether the night over was better...rustling sheets, a wakeful baby and apparently Nana snoring made for a long night for Julie...however, we had a wonderful visit with Katie, Ian & Aaron!! (poor ol' Lucca seems to be taking the back burner these days...and with the patter of baby feet!!) :) As usual, it is hard to leave to come back home...we'll have to start planning our next trip over!

Busy Weekend!

Julie, Cali & I had a great visit with Mom on Saturday morning! Mom was so happy to have Cali on her lap! Cali was so well behaved and quite a popular little girl with all the residents!

On Saturday afternoon, Elliott & I took James & Jody to meet their family in Lytton! It was an honour to be there as they met their family members & maternal Grandmother for the first time. She was so happy to see them and said 'Now I can go to town!'... she has been patiently waiting for them to come home. The family will have a welcome ceremony for them in April.

It's hard to believe a year has gone by already! We are all looking forward to Cali's family party on Saturday where all the 'cousins' will meet! There will be lots of photo ops I'm sure!
